What are Limiting Beliefs?

What are the stories you’re telling yourself, about yourself that aren’t serving you in your life?

No matter what type of person we are – whether we think of ourselves as confident or insecure – almost all of us carry around self-limiting beliefs.

Consider these seemingly mundane statements we say on a daily basis:

  • “I don’t have time”
  • “I must change… before I can…”
  • “I can’t because I am not…”
  • “I don’t want to ask for what I want because, what if I get rejected?”
  • “I should have done better”
  • “I am not good enough”

The question I would like to ask you is:

Can you imagine what you could accomplish and how much more your potential could be if every belief you had truly sustained, supported and nurtured you?

If they don’t, what kind of obstacles are you creating for yourself?

This is why figuring out your beliefs is so important.

There is no doubt that you are capable of changing your life, but it begins with refusing to be controlled by the same limiting narrative.

In order to achieve sustainable success, you must work on your belief system from the inside out. Getting rid of any beliefs that are holding you back is crucial.
