Spring Clean Your Plate
This week marks the second instalment of our Special Spring Series. And this time our focus is on giving our plates a little bit of spring cleaning.
No, we’re not talking about getting on top of the washing up, perhaps some of you tackled that as part of last week’s spring clean session. We’re talking about the foods that are making their way into your kitchen and onto your plate.
Spring calls for a fresher take on food. We’re thinking vibrant, colourful, natural ingredients. Lovely light meals to help you feel fit and energised. The light nights and sunny days have us craving delicious and nutritious foods and by giving your fridge a bit of an overhaul, you can give your body just what it needs and feel leaner and (quite literally perhaps…) full of beans.
If you’re looking for a little kitchen inspiration for these Spring days, you can grab a copy of Claire’s recipe book, Fresh & Sophisticated, on our website…
Take some time once the Easter madness has died down to have a good look at your kitchen and see if you can think of any areas that could use improvement. Stock up on those fruits and veggies and get ready to take on this lovely new season!
In the meantime, here’s how to make delicious, nourishing raw chocolates so you can feel virtuous over Easter 🙂
